About us

Hi, I’m Jenny, the founder of Muscle Focused Therapy.

I am a movement and posture-focused therapist with a genuine passion for understanding the human body, how it moves, and how small imbalances can impact daily life, training, and overall wellbeing. My work is not about relaxation massage — it is about assessment, precision, and helping you move better with purpose.

With a Diploma in Remedial Massage, Advanced Dry Needling Level 3, Pelvic Pro Level 1 , Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance, and ongoing professional development, my approach goes far beyond traditional massage. Every session is assessment-based and area-focused, using dry needling, soft tissue therapy, postural analysis, and practical corrective guidance to address the root cause of pain, restriction, and dysfunction.

I have a strong clinical interest in posture, movement patterns, and TMJ (jaw-related tension and dysfunction), and I am deeply committed to helping clients improve the way their bodies function — not just how they feel for the moment.

I do not offer full-body relaxation treatments.

Instead, I provide targeted, results-driven therapy tailored to what your body truly needs. My additional qualifications in Leadership, Ministry, and Allied Health Assistance support my compassionate, respectful, and client-centred approach. I also cater for older adults and clients living with disability, using a gentle, clinical, and individualised treatment style tailored to each person’s needs.

I do not offer full-body relaxation treatments.

As an athlete, mum, and business owner, I understand the real demands placed on the body — from injuries and recovery to everyday movement and stress. This lived experience allows me to treat with both clinical precision and genuine empathy.

Muscle Focused Therapy was created to help people of all ages — athletes and non-athletes — move better, feel stronger, and gain a deeper understanding of their bodies through focused assessment, targeted treatment, and practical movement support.

My mission is simple:

To provide honest, personalised, and results-focused care that supports long-term movement, posture, and body function with professionalism, compassion, and purpose.
